Belgravia Villas, phase one of the Belgravia Collection, has completely sold out. The 2nd phase will be called Belgravia Green. The launch of this 2nd phase is tentatively scheduled for around September / October 2018, and is located on the parcel of land just next to Belgravia Villas, west of it.

Looking at the design and floor plans for Belgravia Green, it is obvious that the developer, Tong Eng Group, has taken buyers’ feedback and used that to produce a much better product for phase 2.

For a start, the bedrooms at Belgravia Green, especially the master bedroom, are much larger than for Belgravia Villas. In the case of the master bedroom, almost twice as big with more wardrobe space. Secondly, the roof terrace space is squarish instead of being split up into an L-shape. So it is more usable for hosting functions.

And lastly, some of the units at Belgravia Green do not come with home lifts. This is to cater to buyers who have said they did not want the cost and hassle of maintaining a home lift, and did not need one. So now a choice is given, and you could opt to get a unit with a lift, or without.
